I tend to prefer more torp focused builds on her, but I try to push the envelope in all aspects of my DDs to get a true understanding of them. As you stated in the video, Neustrashimy is versatile enough that you can make a variety of builds and tactics both benefit situations but also change and dictate how others will react to do you have a favorite build for her yet? Is there a build you would recommend as the most "user-friendly?" I always saw her as a Torpedo build only, as she does it quite well. Neustra is going to help in signal flag purchasing, one of the few uses I have for a premium ship these day. Nothing is coming up soon that was a must buy for my team, and using a coupon still left me with over 20k steel, with more coming from CB, and ranked I should be built up again soon. That said she is strong if your team places her well. I think I might have brought her out into random games 5 times, I just dislike large ships. Only issue is I almost always play a DD for them, and I can’t remember ever using her for that purpose. I bought my Stalingrad at the request of CUTER. Once some steel is obtained from the upcoming Ranked season, I'll have to make the decision between Neustrashimy or Stalingrad. Thanks for the quick review, I'm about 75 steel shy away from being able to afford her.
